The Research Progress of Corrosion Properties of Stainless Steel in Seawater
Shao Dongxue, Wu Ming, Xie Fei, Wang Dan
Abstract1054)      PDF (3381KB)(414)
Stainless steel was widely used in industrial production with its excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties. But in the marine environment, the stainless steel material was affected by the seawater environment easily and the corrosion resistant properties reduced. It was analyzed that the corrosion mechanism of stainless steel in seawater, and the influence factors of influence in seawater corrosion of stainless steel were discussed from the angle of content, salinity, dissolved oxygen and water flow rate, microbial. Finally the research situation of the current stainless steel anti-corrosion technology was discussed.

Abstract578)      PDF (1352KB)(362)

The growth of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) under different magnetic field strength was studied by using microbial method. The corrosion rate of X100 steel in simulated solution of SRB steel under different magnetic field strength was calculated by the method of weight loss. It was found that the magnetic field could inhibit the growth of SRB, and the stronger the magnetic field intensity was, the stronger the inhibition effect was; The magnetic field could inhibit the corrosion rate of X100 steel, and the corrosion rate of X100 steel first decreased and then increased with the increase of magnetic field strength. When the magnetic field strength was 5 mT, the corrosion rate was the smallest. The influence of static magnetic field on the survival rate of microbe and the corrosion rate of metals were briefly introduced. A new idea for the inhibition of microbial corrosion in pipeline was proposed.

Abstract450)      PDF (933KB)(326)
At present, the majority of enterprises had to complete the task of energy conservation advocated by the government in energy audit in China. If things go on like this, the enterprises could not finish environmental guidelines, but be hindered to seek further development. Based on hotel industry data as sample, the relation between energy audit indicators and financial performance was researched. The results show that the enterprises using the energy audit, improved the enterprisesfinancial performance, prompted companies to consciously participate in energy audit, and improved their own core competitiveness.

The Construction of Diversification Enterprises Performance Evaluation Index System Based on the Perspective of Shareholders
Wang Dan, Zheng Wenyan
Abstract438)      PDF (2257KB)(288)
The diversification enterprises performance evaluation index system based on the perspective of shareholders was constructed, according to the characteristics of the performance evaluation of diversification enterprises. Combined with the economic added value and adjusting the different indicators, the system could fully display the various aspects of a listed company's financial situation and help manager thinking and deciding on the position of shareholders. The 10 listed companies which were close to the average net asset ratio were selected calculate their indicators. According to the above the index value, the coefficients of correlation between the various indicators were calculated and determined the weights using the SPSS software. Finally, the case of the CH listed companies was analyzed to gain a comprehensive review of the company operating conditions in 2013 and stated the advantages and shortcomings of this index system.

The Quantitative Study of the Cash Flow Condition in the Unrelated Diversification
Wang Dan, Zheng Wenyan
Abstract396)      PDF (915KB)(254)
In combination with the characteristics of the unrelated diversification enterprise, it studies the unrelated diversification impact on the cash flow condition.Representative indicators are selected as the independent variables, while the unrelated diversification level as the dependent variable. And then it does the multiple regression model analysis by using SPSS 19. Analysis results show that high level of unrelated diversification will have a negative effect on cash flow situation. On the basis of the quantitative study, enterprises can adopt more effective and targeted measures to reduce financial risk.

Diao Zhaojin, Wu Ming, Chen Xu, Xie Fei, Wang Dan, Shi Haitao
Abstract404)      PDF (3374KB)(264)
The X70 and X80 steel electrochemical specimens were soaked shortly in NS4 solution which was simulated as a typical neutral soil environment. After that, ulcerlike, loose and easilyfalling rust spots were found on them. Shallow corrosion pits occurred in larger rust spots. The electrochemical behaviors of specimens were investigated with polarization curve method and electrochemical impedance scan method. The results show that the rust spot increased corrosion trend of metals and accelerated the corrosion rate. This was due to the imperfection and separation of the early rust spots reduced the metalenvironmental polarization resistance. The roughness of the surface increased the working area of the specimens and the corrosion current.

Abstract425)      PDF (182KB)(467)
An iterative learning control algorithm was proposed for linear time-invariant systems based on optimal theory. On the basis of the quadratic performance criterion, a gradient descent search method was adopted to fit the iterative learning control law. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has rapid convergence speed. Moreover, the actual output of the systems can track the given trajectory rapidly under less iterated times.
